Biography

Services of Heirs relate that on the 27th September 1867 Sir Thomas North Dick Lauder was served heir to his father Sir John Dick Lauder who died on 23rd March 1867. In 1903 Sir Thomas was then late of the 60th Rifles, Knight of Justice in the Order of St.John of Jerusalem, and his heir was his brother John E.A. Dick Lauder who was born in 1848. Sir Thomas had his city address at 16 Grosvenor Street, London, W. His principal residences were given as Fountainhall, Pencaitland, Haddingtonshire and Grange House, Edinburgh.^[1]

Sir Thomas died unmarried.
